  • Bumps @tryghost/url-utils to 5.1.0 and @tryghost/kg-default-cards to 10.2.2 in core/package.json
  • Updates lockfile: @tryghost/kg-markdown-html-renderer to 7.1.6, @tryghost/kg-utils to 1.0.35, and pins remark to 11.0.2 and remark-footnotes to 1.0.0

- url-utils is migrated to TS and these versions are the new TS versions
